RanChris WordMasters Registration Rules & Guidelines
Welcome to the RanChris WordMasters Registration Portal! Please read the following rules carefully to ensure a smooth registration process and a positive experience for all participants.
1️⃣ Registration Options
Participants can register in two ways:

Individual Registration
Use the Individual Registration Form button.
This is for students registering on their own. -
Group / School Registration
Use the Group Registration Form button.
This is for schools or groups registering multiple participants together.
⚠️ Important: Group registrations include a discount. Carefully review the pricing and terms before proceeding.
2️⃣ Eligibility

Participants must meet the age and grade requirements for each competition.

Registrants should have the consent of a parent or guardian. Parental approval is strictly recommended.

3️⃣ Required Information
During registration, participants are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

Full Name

School Name (if applicable)

Competition Category
-
Parent/Guardian Contact

Email Address
-
Photograph (recent)
❗ Please ensure all information is correct. Inaccurate details may delay confirmation or affect eligibility.
4️⃣ Payment & Refund Policy

All registration fees must be paid in full before the registration is considered complete.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment is made.

Payments must be made via the approved payment channels listed on the portal.
5️⃣ Confirmation of Registration

After successful registration and payment, a confirmation email or message will be sent within 3–5 working days.

Participants should retain this confirmation for future reference.
6️⃣ Code of Conduct

Participants must adhere to the competition rules at all times.

Any misbehavior, misconduct, or attempt to manipulate results may result in disqualification.

Decisions by judges and organizers are final and binding.
